Which ports must i forward?

I have a firewall and want to setup a Rebellion multiplayer game. So which ports must i forward to the game server?

Uh, dunno offhand, but doesn't your firewall notify you, when Rebellion tries to connect to the net and what port(s) it wants to use ?

Well not really as im running the "server" part, so my Rebellion is not trying to connect to anybody, but i gues i could try that and figure it out that way.

If you're not the server for the session you want to play, then you need to enter the server's IP number, nothing more, no additional ports

 

If your buddy with the server doesn't know his online IP, he can open a Dos Box and type ipconfig, then he should see all the IPs currently tied to his pc.

Boy am I bad ad explaining myselfe. I do run Rebellion as the server (host), but I have a router which is my public IP address (and it has build in firewall), so I need to open up for the right port(s) and forward the(se) port(s) to my PC so that my friend can contact my Rebellion server (host).

If anyone does find out, I'd love to know this as well. I had not played Rebellion online for 4-5 years now only because my internet is connected through a firewall (on a separate comp).

 

Sadly none of my real life friends are too inclined about playing Rebellion on a LAN either.
