Olaf Posted August 21, 2012 Posted August 21, 2012 Hey, I'm having a few issues with the check sum. Currently its at -205034100 (Vong disabled and CORE at the bottom) Any ideas? Also getting dumps in late game when the RAM is approaching 1.7 gb. W7 64 and ample system specs. Tried the usual, LAA, High priority allocation, re-install, SVn checkout, etc.
Lavo Posted August 21, 2012 Posted August 21, 2012 Weird checksums are expected, don't worry about them. If you are dumping at 1.7 gb of RAM, it means the partition Sins is on does not have a pagefile enabled; I was having the exact same problem for awhile. LAA is not recommended for Rebellion, as it will screw around with Steam. Running SVN Checkout multiple times is sometimes a good thing to do. Sins of a Galactic Empire staff.
Olaf Posted August 21, 2012 Author Posted August 21, 2012 Any idea on the resource allocation for the page file? I checked and its Windows managed...
Lavo Posted August 21, 2012 Posted August 21, 2012 Any idea on the resource allocation for the page file? I checked and its Windows managed...If it's system managed, that's fine. Make sure it's set to such for both the partition Rebellion is on, and the mod's files. If it is, you shouldn't be dumping at 1.7 GB RAM usage. I really have no idea what's causing you crap. =/ Sins of a Galactic Empire staff.
Olaf Posted August 21, 2012 Author Posted August 21, 2012 K - Ney bother mate. Great mod anyhow. I'll try lowering the graphics and see what heppens ;p
Lavo Posted August 22, 2012 Posted August 22, 2012 Noted. Do report on the results of this, if possible. Sins of a Galactic Empire staff.
