DarthTex Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 That was totally cool I only wish I knew about this site back in April, I would have backed the Steve Jackson Ogre project. I am so envious of those lucky b@$t@rd$ that got to participate But on a good note, completion of the Ogre project is supposed to be November 2012, so sales should be early next year Finally, after years of hard work I am the Supreme Sith Warlord! Muwhahahaha!! What?? What do you mean "there's only two of us"?
DarthTex Posted September 12, 2012 Posted September 12, 2012 They're in the final stretch! The original game and several stretch goals have been funded, with the best stretch goals at the end. Check it out! I can't wait for delivery Planetary Annihilation Finally, after years of hard work I am the Supreme Sith Warlord! Muwhahahaha!! What?? What do you mean "there's only two of us"?
Master_Xan Posted October 13, 2012 Posted October 13, 2012 This looks awesome. I too wish I'd seen it earlier. Star Wars: Rebellion, A Field Manual"O be wise, what can I say more?"

But I would hurry as they are soon to release their "backers reward website" and once all the info is in, I'm sure they will lock out any latecomers. Checkout all of their "updates" to make sure. Finally, after years of hard work I am the Supreme Sith Warlord! Muwhahahaha!! What?? What do you mean "there's only two of us"?
Master_Xan Posted October 16, 2012 Posted October 16, 2012 I'm wondering about a single player campaign. They said they would focus on multiplayer first, but their last kickstarter milestone was a few hundred thousand back, with no new things. I for one am hoping for a campaign! SWR Staff - Executive Evaders99 Posted October 17, 2012 Author SWR Staff - Executive Posted October 17, 2012 Yea its seems an RTS can't do a decent campaign these days (outside of Blizzard). I would hope for good campaign, but I expect there won't be one. Master_Xan Posted October 18, 2012 Posted October 18, 2012 Their video says they are focusing on multiplayer. But they are $230 thousand over their last milestone. I sent 'em an email requesting a single player campaign on those grounds; I doubt anything will come of it, but it sure didn't hurt me any to ask. Play locally by yourself or co-op with your friends against our world class Skirmish AI’s. Or play on the live multiplayer servers and try to conquer the galaxy! It seems to me that it will be something like single-player Rebellion: everytime you start a new game you'll get a "reset" galaxy of who controls what and where, and you just go from there. A "scripted" campaign doesn't appear to fit the bill based on my interpretation of their idea of single-player campaign. Just my two-bits worth Finally, after years of hard work I am the Supreme Sith Warlord! Muwhahahaha!! What?? What do you mean "there's only two of us"?
