i am a modder who is currently working on a warhammer mod for fallout new vegas, now i think that this program would be great to work with for my beta thing that i will be started up, could you please give me detail on how to get it working?

i will still be beta testing this game, but unfortunetly i have limited information on modding sins.

You can run your own Subversion server. Google Code projects have their own Subversion server - so try that
