Some stuff is almost impossible to report unless I post a screenshot...Might I suggest either cropping the picture (in Paint or something similar) or putting the image on an image host (such as photobucket and imageshack) and linking to the picture? Though there's another option, I could reinstall the free Fraps version, use an external website to upload the image and then post the link on the bug reports.
