links for modeling tutorials unaccessable, please help

Hi, I've recently become interested in modding Rebellion and everything was going fine until I came to creating models for space. I've tried looking at the tutorials on the modding page but it seems the link is bad because a page pops up saying "navigation to the webpage has been canceled or that I lack permission to access the link. Could somebody please provide me with a usable link and/or a .doc/.pdf for working with the model editor?
