Might need to go into Security permissions and take ownership of the file to delete it

Fighting is terrible, but not as terrible as losing the will to fight.

I tried going into safe mode and was able to delete the file. Then I restarted, reinstalled RebEd and tried to open RebEd. It popped up a window with the header "VLC30.dpl" and the message, "Cannot load library" I don't have a clue what is going on.

I don't know what the file does; I don't have it anywhere on my computer. A google search reveals it isn't a Windows file or any other standard file; the format suggests something similar to a standard .dll file. It must be a library of some sort that either comes from RebEd or Rebellion (but again, I don't have it anywhere on my system).

I just recently installed Win7; before the change over everything was working fine. I suspect that the crossover messed up my installation. I'll reinstall and see what I can figure out.
