Rebellion in Windows 7

I'm trying to get Rebellion to work on Windows 7. I am pretty sure I did everything that was needed to get it to run in Vista, but it's still not installing. Does anybody have any ideas why it's not working?

Hi! I've long loved this game and have installed it and gotten it running on my windows 7 machine at my office about one year ago with no problems.

 

And I'm having no trouble at all getting the game to run with the (graciously!) supplied instructions.

 

However, aside from the opening LucasArts screen and the Title Crawl Screen, I can't get any sound to play at all! When it hits the cockpit 'select game' screen, I hear absolutely no sound. I don't hear any sound in gameplay, either. And no, my sound settings aren't on 'mute' in the setting screen.

 

Any advice? I love this game and the thought of not being able to run it here at home is driving me nuts.

 

 

EDIT: Got it working! It wa a speaker problem (I haven't been home for a while and it seems something went poof).
