Tanegar Posted July 18, 2009 Posted July 18, 2009 I don't know if this is happening to anyone else, but apparently someone forgot to brief my copy of Warlords that when you wipe out all the other guy's ships, you win. Yes, I'm sure I killed them all. I sent out probots to extend my sensor coverage over the entire map, and there were definitely no red dots left, but the game just sat there, not granting my victory. Also, are nav buoys supposed to be untargetable/invulnerable? I can't get any ship of any class to attack an enemy buoy.
SWR Staff - Executive Evaders99 Posted July 18, 2009 SWR Staff - Executive Posted July 18, 2009 Right - that happens to be the way the Nav bouys work. It is designed to be sandbox mode for ships you want to fight against Evaders99http://swrebellion.com/images/banners/rebellionbanner02or6.gif Webmasterhttp://swrebellion.com/images/banners/swcicuserbar.png Administrator Fighting is terrible, but not as terrible as losing the will to fight.- SW:Rebellion Network - Evaders Squadron Coding -The cake is a lie.
Tanegar Posted July 18, 2009 Author Posted July 18, 2009 What about when the CPU builds a buoy in a facilities game? For that matter, what about when I build a buoy? Buoys pretty much obsolete all shipyards; why are they buildable from shipyards?
SWR Staff - Executive Evaders99 Posted July 18, 2009 SWR Staff - Executive Posted July 18, 2009 Could be a flaw or a technical limitation of the way its implemented. If you could, see if there's a bug on it already - http://warlords.swrebellion.com/mantis Evaders99http://swrebellion.com/images/banners/rebellionbanner02or6.gif Webmasterhttp://swrebellion.com/images/banners/swcicuserbar.png Administrator Fighting is terrible, but not as terrible as losing the will to fight.- SW:Rebellion Network - Evaders Squadron Coding -The cake is a lie.
