Can get the Starwars Maps to Work

Well I just started using this mod again after several years and I've updated is as directed. After some troubleshooting, I managed to get it to work properly but for some reason, every time I try and play with the settings in skirmish, it crashes when loading Universe.

This is what my data file looks like in the install directory, I have all the .BIG files that are currently available in the download section. Can someone tell me why the maps wont work? Thanks in advance.

Thanks I finally got it to work though, for some odd reason, I have to run the program using the search function on the taskbar. No biggie. Also, if it's not to much to ask, in the Mod for Sins of a Solar Empire, how do I go to a different star system? I don't see anything I can reasearch that would help me.

I have the Warlords mod v0.45 and cant play any of the SW maps just the default HW2 maps:

For example if i select the Coruscant map, all goes well until it finishes loading the stuff, then i only see the "control panel" on the bottom of the screen and all else is white on the screen.

Can't see the stars the ships the collectors, nothin. just a white screen and the "panel"

 

i dunno what's wrong. Plz help

I downloaded the files, copied them into the data folder of the game.

Modified the shortcut the way it is stated in the readme file.

 

It didn't change anythin, the screen is still damn white when i load a star wars map, this time i tried the Hoth map and the whole screen was white except the "control panel" at the bottom, i couldnt see the ships or the background or the stars or anythin. :S

 

Add.: Once it loads the stuff and ends up with the white screen, other times it doesnt even fully loads the things, "stays" at loading UNIVERSE and does nothin

 

Should i turn anythin on or off in the game settings?

At the Player vs CPU part Should i select other "mode" instead of Warlords (maybe OFFLINE ONLY "MODE" or one of the rest of the "modes")?

What other "settings" should i chose also at that part?

 

I still need help with this.

Sounds like an issue with the video driver, may want to try and older driver

I dont think i need an older driver cuz the game ran smooth without the mod and it wouldnt run this way if an older driver would be installed, and the mod v0.45 ran also smooth with the default maps.

 

Maybe the maps are fcked up in the mod, the readme said sumthin was fcked up anyway.

 

The v0.45 loads the default HW2 maps allright but the SW maps are just white screen

 

The v0.6 starts loading the SW maps and stays at loading UNIVERSE, and does nothin, and it crashes while loading the default SW2 maps

 

So this is not a video driver problem... :S
