Poster size character and ship stats and special skills

Question

Posted

A long time ago, I purchased SWR in a box and it came with a poster size character and ship stats along with special skills etc. It was so helpful because I could easily glance at them and determine which characters can do research on either troops, weapon, ship, etc.

Unfortunately, I cant find one single picture of the poster anywhere on the internet or enable me to download it. I googled the hell out of it and cant find anything.

Do anyone know what I am talking about? is there a way I can get a digital copy of that or at least order it via snail mail?

thx,

Matt

I still have my poster copy from the original box game. It seems to be quite rare. It is a good source of information to read off of for each character and the ships in game. Maybe Ebay someone sells once in a while. Expensive for an original box.

How would one read the poster into a scanner to digitize it? The pics would make nice photos for Reb 2.

Here is an updated link to see DATA from the poster by Dr. Slice:

Probably any architecture or art school would have professional scanners that could be used to digitize them. I don't know where else you can it done, perhaps Kinko's?

Slocket that was the MOST HELPFUL SITE POSSIBLE! That's fantastic! I mean I want all new visuals for the game but for now these will do. EXCELLENT! You have NO idea what you've just allowed me to do :P

Evaders! I can't believe my ears that you said that, isn't the poster copyrighted material? Maybe someone temporarily "borrowed" your account ... ... Yeah, that's the ticket!

Sure... but where are you going to get this poster? I don't believe LucasArts sells it... ;)

Maybe better to recreate it in Photoshop

Yeah, it is the same website with an updated link.

The pics are indentical to those original ones inside the dll's using ResHacker to see and extract them. ASFAIK.

If one wanted to go through all the work, they could recreate that part of the poster -so to speak.

Heh, or just wait for Rebellion 2 to come out and help me make a poster :P

Naw, I have the poster around somewhere. When I dig it up I'll make a very clean copy of it.
