Star Wars: Rebellion and Windows Vista error

Hello all. I am new to this forum, and this is my first post. I hear tell that answers can be found here, so I'll explain my problem.

I recently installed Star Wars: Rebellion on a laptop with Windows Vista. I thought it was installed; however, when I went to play the game an error popped up saying "This application has failed to start because d3drm.dll was not found.". Troubleshooting revealed that this program was no longer included in this version of Vista. Is there any way to play the game without this program? If not, does anyone know any fixes?

Any help would be appreciated!
