World Devastator and other super ships

i have a question, how long does it take to build a world devastator and other super ships like the Armada class ship. the reason i'm asking is because it take solong for them to build, that i end up finishing the skirmish before they are a 1/3 completed, usally ends with me dieing.

 

i really want to see what they do and stuff, and the only ship i've been able to get is the SSD Executer.
