CPU is a bit stupid =/

Well I downloaded Warlords the other day  ;D, and since then quite a few problems with running the gmae have occured, but everything then seemd to return to normal after following the instructions given by some members... that was until i started a skirmish, with imperial vs alliance, and made an ssd to watch their activity. i pinged the sensors, and observed the enemies' development. all i could see was a vast sea of about 100 mole miners! ??? I have tried different maps, different difficulty settings, and different factions, which sometimes work (rarely) and other times, the glitch happens again ! Has anyone else had this glitch? if so, please tell me!
