Downloading?

I found this mod here.

and i have a few questions.

 

1: where do i download it at?  couldn't find the link.

 

2: is there an installer that will install things automatically?  i'm not cmputer smart and i've tried manually before and it never works, i prefer automated.

 

any help would be appreciated.

thanks, i went to the file section, and looked at the read me before downloading. but it left me confused about something.  it gave directions about right clicking on the game icon, hitting properties, then changing the text in the Target section.

 

there was no automactic installer featured, and i have no idea what to change the target to.
