Where is the Eclipse

Can someone tell me where to find the Eclipse? I've tried playing on Byss but i still can't find it. Is it the Sovereign, or am i using the wrong faction? The game version I'm using is the most recent one on moddb.

well, are you using the imperial faction, and what mode are you on? it should work on any map... just try any map with reinforcments as starting fleet preferably, and then go onto capital production. it should have that blue and red faction symbol as the ....'avatar' i guess you would call it... anyway, just make sure you have enough credits and build it! often it spawns far away rom the fleet, in which case, just go onto sensors view... sorry btw if all of what ive said you have tried already... if so, i dont know what you could do...
