"Target box is not valid." PLEASE HELP!!!

Whatever I put into the target box, I get:

 

The name “blah blah blah” specified in the Target box is not valid. Make sure the path and file name are correct.

 

The only thing i can have in it without this message popping up when I hit "apply" is the default target line. I have all the .big files installed.

if there are spaces in the path it needs to have quotes around it "C:\XXXX XXX\ XXXXX" -mod ETC

I could have sworn I had done that before, but I guess not. Thanks man.
