Freek Posted November 5, 2006 Posted November 5, 2006 (edited) As eville said it would work, how many people would be interested in starting up an hamachi network? This would be so that we can easily see who is online (if any) and invite / play each other in multiplayer games instead of pitting ourselves against that boring AI time and time again (no offense, but there's nothing better then a real human opponent). Yamato1 Posted November 24, 2006 Posted November 24, 2006 I hate sounding like an idiot, but what is a Hamachi network?
SWR Staff - Executive EvilleJedi Posted November 24, 2006 SWR Staff - Executive Posted November 24, 2006 hamachi is a program that essentially emulates a LAN like connection but online, (durr) its a peer to peer system that you setup with other people so that you can directly connect to them like your computers were hooked up on the same router/hub/switch it allows older games and games with stupid online services to work very well and not have to go through stupid online services. (it also gives you a list of friends and thier online status)
