Just saw this game on gamespot.  It's an RTS/RPG hybrid from Stardock (Galciv 1&2, Sins of a Solar Empire) and Gas Powered Games (SupCom, Dungeon Siege).  The release date is set for '09, with a tenative beta for summer '08.
