Mavus on Hooked on Spore forums found this and its neat. Its like SimCity except its register free and every one click per day helps the city grow.

Just choose your city name, click on a nation you live in or you like then press "Create". Now spread it on your webpage or blog and even MSN. Have fun

Ya one click a day but then you can click it the next day. I'd rather keep it within the communities I go to then bother other people Just share it with the people you know and you won't bother anybody else (as long as you keep it to your best friends anyways).
