Darth_Revan_II Posted August 30, 2007 Posted August 30, 2007 Hi guys I know my topic is about Homeworld 2 models but I can't receive activation mail from EvilleJedi's warlords forum.I have a problem exporting models from .hod file to .obj.When I export them and then import to 3ds max most of their faces are reversed.Some screenshots:http://www.snapdrive.net/files/50888/Crap1.JPGhttp://www.snapdrive.net/files/50888/Crap2.JPGI am showing it on a broadside cruiser (i am only viewing it as the other warlords models. I would not even think about editing them without EvilleJedi's permission ). So as u can see these faces are reversed and i dont know what to do :'(.I am using this tool:http://www.snapdrive.net/files/50888/Cold1.JPGPlease help :'( because i will get models from my friends HW 2 mod and he wants me to add them to my EaW FoC Mod: THE ULTIMATE SCI-FI .

He made of course the textures. After converting using Cold Fusion or HODTool uv is a crap and i made in 3d max some mapping and it is very difficult to fit it to an existing texture. Darth_Revan_II Posted August 31, 2007 Author Posted August 31, 2007 Thanks for any help I've found the source of my problem. I had to change in my Regional Settings "," to "."Now it converts these models perfectly.
