Need an experienced modders help

I am really stuck on trying to figure how to make my own objectives for  my custom GC's. But i keep getting the vanilla objectives, how do i get my map to use my own Strings? And my second question is how do I get the heroes to spawn on said custom GC map when i have different home planets? If you need to look at the files in question their here
