One that I think would help is that if some of you moderators weren't so trigger happy with your modding powers. If a bitter debate or flame war erupts don't extinguish it, that just kills the topic and encourages people not to post as much. If anyhting contribute to the debate keep the fire going, debates and flame wars draw lost of attention and get lots of posts. Easy on the banning too. You have to admit since Emperor Cheeseman was on things were a lot more active, and there was a lot more posting going on. Since he's been banned things have been really decrepid and dull. When he was banned there went like %30 of all active memebers? Same goes for deleting posts. Since the wipe Ive had several posts deleted for not particluar reason. This is what I'm talking about. The only things that are really worthy of banning are incessent harassment of one or more persons, posting porn, and total spamming.
