Icon Making Tutorial

A little tut i made on making icons. It does not tell you how to add them to the game.

If you have Photoshop, i wouldnt suggest downloading this, as tis is made for the GIMP. It may still work, but i dont have photoshop, so i dont know. Google GIMP to download it.

Not bad.  Maybe provide a little info on some of the other various things you could use for icons.  Maybe stuff like select by color, etc.  I suppose there really is not a whole lot to making icons.

 

A gimp skinning tutorial would really take the cake, if you know how. You can get a dds plugin for the gimp, I have used it with W3 skins.  Don't know how to do editing with SW though.
