Because it makes sense to release it on a console with a standardised requirements than try and accomplish this game with un standardised which if a companies new its a better idea to start with something that has its limitations known than anthing else.

that excuse is getting old. For most of thier previous games they were on all platforms and if not all platforms than at least the PC. I think it's a stupid of them, there are a LOT of PC gamers perhaps even more than console gamers. Especially considering that not that many PS3's have been sold. I say they trade and release it on PC instead of the PS3

Yea I agree with that. There are more PC gamers, then console players according to current statistics. Like it happened to SW episode 3. It never came out on PC..

Probably be like JE and RE4 and will be ported about a year and a half after it is released (after getting the max money from console sales).

well if I was a game maker I would only release it on consoles. Consoles are cooler, you can lug them around more easily, and they are...uhhh....better! PC gamers are just a bunch of whiners

Mine, for example, is also DIE CONSOLE FANBOYS. I have never had a good experience with a console...well, right. I haven't...but that's just my opinion (and had been mine for a while).

i do own one(or more) and it had been my experience, that consoles get all the easy to beat games that a drunken footy player could play. so that people will go out and but more.(and yes i know that the PC has there fair share of those games - its just thats all i ever see on consoles)

I agree consols are realy lacking in games i care about in fact i can only name a few that arent on the pc as well, Force unleased (yet to be released) Mass effect( still yet to be released) Some of the gundam games and thats about it.

 

I personaly wish that the companys would start noticing that pcs pwn consols and that they should instead of make new consols spend more time trying to make pc games.

Yeah but maybe by the time Force unleased comes out the newer consols will be more affordable so i dont have to dish out atleast $400 to play this game.

I just hope that if/when this game is released on the PC that it isnt just some sort of console clone... blah! BF II felt enough like it was just copied straight out of the console and barely changed to work on a PC.

I will be getting it on the x360, but only because I coincidentally have one.  I would prefer to play this sort of game on the pc.
