We would be starting off with making technology levels to function even when we have more levels eg. 10th tech level or more. I could do with another 2 or three tech levels - but I have never worked out how to make that work properly. Tech levels 6 and 99 are hardcoded to not exist, though... Or you may get a ton of disabled units at tech 6... I'm not sure if you're allowed to use them past 98.
