You just need to do the maps, add proper markers, and 'tags' to some objects, etc etc, entries in some mission related xml, code a LUA and add them in the planet code - this is easy I think... I don't know how to do that - unfortunately because it would be sweet to do maps with missions. :Why don't you ask z3r0x? He knows to do that, and he made corruption missions to the planets he added in his mod - www.everythingeaw.com is the best place to find z3r0x.
