In my free time, when I'm not using the computer or hanging out with my friends, or when I'm the end of a boooring math class on a friday and crazy to go home , I draw. Yes, I draw, with a mechanic pencil, an eraser, and sometimes a rule. Most of these draws are related to Star Wars (some are about places).

So here are two of my concepts (note that I only did the left side view  ):

Providence-Class Communications Light Cruiser - was a prototype to the CIS made along with the Free Dac Volunteers Engineering Corps. The cruiser was a bit smaller and had less weapons than the Providence-Class Destroyer. It was supposed to be a communications vessel, but shortly after the first units were ready, the Order 66 happened and these ships never went to the Seps fleet. At the time of the GCW, these ships were used by many Trade Guilds, Pirates, planetary defense or communications...

Defender-Class Light Destroyer - like the Providence Communications Cruiser, it was a prototype that never went to the CIS fleet. Most of the ships of this class weren't finished, and left abandoned in the shipyards. The few that were ready were most stoled by pirates or bought by Planetary Defense Fleets, Trade Guilds, etc.

The Defender Light Destroyer was well armored and could beat Venators, Acclamators and possibly Victory I Class destroyers easy. It has a plasma cannon (almost like the Aggressor's one) but lack in shields.

 

(Note that in the picture, it's hull is badly damaged - probably by an ISD)

About the Providence: of course it is. But that's not the Providence model that you see in the movies. It's a Communications Central (like the IGBC frigate - sorry I forgot the name of the class) variant, it's shorter and less armored than the movies' one - and it was a prototype.

In other words, it's like a MkII version (but more fragile)  that never went service in CIS fleet.

nice pictures mate. which i could draw like that all i end up doing is a small doodle that goes wrong in the back of my text books.

 

keep them coming maybe try a Imperial or Hapan ship.

Nice hand. I like to draw but I can't draw non orgainc things too well. especially star wars ships. They are so darn hard to draw for me

plants and animals are easy to draw for me, except for people I can't draw humanoids at all.

I can draw most Space ship really well. I'm just not very good at organic or original things(even when I try something original, when I finish it, I find it looks like something out of star wars or some other movie/TV show)

I have never made anything original, but I take stuff from obscure sources and mash them together. As such, they appear original.

 

The only organic things I can draw that are passable for what they should be are Worms, Wurms, Slivers (Wurms with sickles), Lizards, and Lizard-men....I think I can draw bacteria and some protists too...yea, maybe a paramecium or eugllena...but that's all...

I specialize in dinosaurs, sharks, and pretty much anything wtih scales.  ;D Ohh and plants, I like drawing plants.

Some time ago, before my dog died, I knew how to draw him... I'm also good at drawing buildings...

I'm having some trouble to find my lost briefcase with the draws...  I had a Kotor-style (Old Republic) ship, many small transports, and a huge, badly damaged and out of scale CIS like battlecruiser...

your pics are good with color too, I hate coloring my drawings because I guess I can't do it right, the color makes my drawings look messy. but if I draw something with foregrounds and backgrounds then I need color so that other people can tell the differnce between them. How good are you in 3 dimensions and differnt angles? I can only draw stuff from the sides. I can't rotate things and draw then accurately as well as I can in my minds eye. And I suck at drawing 3D stuff too.

To color my draws, I first make a copy of them (otherwise they would... looks... uh... how can I describe - need to expand English vocabulary  - they would look 'messy' too), than I color the copy, not the original draw.

Well, I'm not good in drawing 3D stuff too... It's hard... Very hard...
