Mod that add planets?

Are there any mods planned or available that add planets mainly the planets that I want are Commenor, Sluis Van, Bilbringi, Yaga Minor, and Bastion. I would make them myself but I cant figure out how to place them in the galactic map. Also I read about a mod that had Golan Defense stations in it can someone link me to it? They don't have to have personalized maps just the coding work itself as i can make the maps
