Pacific Storm: Allies

Upon hearing about the next installation of the Pacific Storm series, I was quite happy, however this also brought up questions for me on the next installment. Such as will we be getting a new and better game or just another version of Pacific Storm with added units and better graphics? important issues need to be addressed with Allies such as a need for better Strategic and Tactical A.I. and the ability for the A.I. to launch wire guided bombs etc. I think the A.I. needs to be more agressive in Strategic games as well, I trust the people at Buka can pull this off also.

 

and one more thing I hope a patch for Pacific Storm is released when Allies comes out that will put Pacific Storms A.I. on that of Allies level

The PS:Allies is improved pretty much. Another several months in development were not waisted for nothing. Besides new units, bases, improved AI and transportation systems we have inertial physical model and hit-location that allows ships to collide and fight even half-sunken and aircrafts fly with some parts being shot out. A ship that is half sunk and shooting? Damn that shows how much moral the crew has at winning the war  ;D Hope they make it off that ship in time. So we can ram ships and it can fire with viewable damage? Hero moment

Very nice pictures, I can't wait, I must re-inact the sinking of the Bismark Also I read somewhere that its possible for the British to declare war upon the U.S., is this true? and by a number how many new units will be added? 15? 20?

Quite posible, if you are going to capture British bases for examle.

We introduce 20 new ships and 40 new aircarfts without counting possible modifications, that could be created in the unit editor.
