Cloaking SSD

I'm trying to make a mod which adds another ssd to galactic conquest but has a cloaking ability. I've succesffuly added it but what would I have to do to get the cloaking working. As a long shot I wasnt expecting to work, i tried giving it the vengeance frigates cloaking but, as I expected, it didnt work. Do any of you guys know how I could do this. Any help would be appreciated.

i know your problem i think it is that for it to go invisible you must have a stealth mesh on the model

I think you hit the nail on the head - the model needs to have a stealth mesh added to it for it to actually work.

Damn, that means i need another model and i cant do 3d modeling to save my life.

Oh well, I'll have to scrap that project then.

I was thinking of maybe getting the SSD to have the assault ability that Thrawn does, but so far it hasnt worked

You can get it to cloak without a stealth mesh, just add this: 255, 255, 255, 0

However, then it goes completely invisible.

LOL mate, I did for you when you get the mod back "you will see" take you to it I will  but yes the SSD now has the assault ability you were screaming for

I've bribed a hutt Twilek before, she had a cloak, it turned her skin red...And semi-transparent...
