The Warlords Models I'd Like To See Converted

So many people spend so much time ripping Warlords for destroying the community, so I thought I'd post which models I'd like to see done, if only for my personal use.

 

1) Mon Remonda (Mon Cal MC80B Cruiser)

2) Implacable Cruiser

3) Tyrant-Class Missile Cruiser

4) XJ-Wing

5) TIE Scimitar

6) TIE Sentinel

7) Majestic Cruiser

Nebula Star Defender

 

If you've rummaged through Warlords, post what you'd like to see done

Hm well if it's for your personal use then I would suggest looking at CIS - it has some of those units already.

The XJ Wing was released some where on the forum about a week or so ago - think its in the public models thread on this forum.

 

And..

 

Think the Star Defender is in SAU 3.0

CIS and SAU don't have any of those units.

 

If there were a step by step tutorial for someone who doesn't know anything about modelling or skinning for converting all these units, I'd fix them myself.

 

But I don't, so I have to rely on the good works of others.

CIS does have the Tyrant Missile Cruiserm, as well as the Scimitar (newest version)

Yep, I can send you standalone models if you want, just give me your e-mail. Scimitar uses very simple texture, so you may want to improve it. Link to the mod:

So wrong was I ? I'm pretty sure that SAU 3.0 has the Star defender too - I have their mod and used a model they called a Star Defender in my own private mod. I presume (I think) it's the same ship you are looking for ?

 

Edit: is it the M104 model that has been in some mods that you mean ?

HE must mean star destroyer because thier is no Nebula star defender in warlords (if it even exists)

umm, you seem to have max, you cant just learn to do it your self?  :-\ unless you have max 7 which is incapable of Alo exporting...

And I'd love to learn how to do it myself, but I have zero experience with modeling, rigging, or skinning. I actually have Max 8 specifically for converting Warlords.

 

Consequently, if someone wants to teach a modeling/rigging/skinning n00b how to do all of the above, said n00b would be greatful, and would gladly donate his services to the community.
