Question about Luke Skywalker, Garm & MC30

I've just bought FOC and completed Galactic Conquest with Rebel, but I cannot see Luke, Garm & MC30 anywhere throughout the game... Is there any condition for them to appear in my Rebel GC squad?

Due to a bug, if you start at Tech 5 the rebs cannot get tech 5 stuff. Set it to start at tech 4 then advance.

Its about as bad as the one where you steal the Tech for the Gallofree HTT for the Rebs and the Gallofree doesnt appear, can't be built.

 

Thankfully both issues will be fixed in the patch 

 

There are mods out that fix the Gallofree
