chip5541 Posted October 31, 2006 Posted October 31, 2006 Generally the space art for pretty much all scifi is same old same old but every once in a while something comes along that is really cool. This is for the DS/PSP Star Trek game and even though it is an ad type I really like it and so much so I have it as a wallpaper. Now if I could get it without the logo. http://startrek.bethsoft.com/images/downloads/stta_wall01_1024x768.jpg The 2nd one isnt bad either but looks more like a movie poster. http://startrek.bethsoft.com/images/downloads/stta_wall02_1024x768.jpg ooooh a new one for Legacy (360/PC) http://startrek.bethsoft.com/images/downloads/stlegacy_wall01-1024.jpg
Mikan Cyclone Posted October 31, 2006 Posted October 31, 2006 That's it. There is no doubt in my mind I'm getting this game. Especially if this is how it's going to look. Also, isn't Legacy for PC? http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a245/loverdog/pffuserbar1.jpghttp://i74.photobucket.com/albums/i276/At-At_controller/leetspeak4cz1jr.gif

Logan Felipe Posted April 19, 2008 Posted April 19, 2008 That's it. There is no doubt in my mind I'm getting this game. Especially if this is how it's going to look. Also, isn't Legacy for PC? I have it. its pretty good; though the controls take a little getting used to. Here's the controls: Mouse: camera angling (camera is tethered at the ship)WSAD keys: pitch angle (up and down are hard to use effectively, so I rarely use them)f (hold): target options (opens an on screen radial menu with non-combat options - scan, warp to, hail, dock with shipyard for fast repairs, beam people to or away from a station)Mouse wheel: throttle (Full impulse, 1/2 impulse, 1/4 impulse, 0 impulse)spacebar: reset targeting reticulemouse button 1: fire phasers and disruptorsmouse button 2: fires photonsSHIFT-T: Subsystem targeting (PC version has issues with this, as they were stupid and assigned subsystem selection to the WSAD keys, which are already used for pitch. So you basically have to aim towards different parts of the ship, or hope the auto targeting system picks the subsytems you want it to)r (hold): brings up repair menu, click on systems that you want repaired. Here's an ingame pic.
