ioticus Posted October 21, 2006 Share Posted October 21, 2006 I'm slowly working my way thru the Rebel campaign and at this point I'm building a light barracks on Kuat. The building stopped at 99% but there are still build slots available on the planet. Is this a bug or something else going on I don't know about?
