I did the imperial campain on medium and now im doing the rebel one likewise and i've gotten to a point where i have maybe 2 or 3 more planets than the empire. I want to take all their planets before i moved on to the rescue han mission in case more pop up. I figured if i take bespin and park a fleet there so its never taken i would eventually beat the empire economically. Since bespin gives a thousand and nal hutta can give alot, and with mining facilities on all my other planets, i figured sooner or later their income wouldn't be able to support a military like mine. However I keep looking at the charts and it says they have a couple more planets than me and their income is drastically higher in the 20k range. I was just wondering if during the campain the empire gets credits automatically and do they have other planets that haven't unlocked for me yet?

look 'Lord of the Sith 'everyone plays those they want to i'm primarily a rebel player. flame me see what happens!

and yes you are right although you cannot get to the planets they still get the credits from the planet and Trade Routes in those regions they can also move the enemy in those territories to attack you. the same goes when you play the empre campaign.

Now, there are some developers who script the AI so well that they don't need to cheat to win. Making the AI cheat just takes away some of the tactical parts of the game.
