Am jucat ieri demo. Si nu mi-a placut o faza. o unitate de calareti angaja in lupa cu sulite. Si normal era dupa ce intra in primul contact sa-si rupa lancia dupa care sa treaca imediat la spada in lupta corp la corp.Era si normal sa vad calareti care sunt rasturnati sau care sunt dati jos de pe cal.Un neajuns enorm ar fi asa zisa miscare de rearanjare a unitatilor.Nu este reala. Formatiunea se pastreaza doar ianinte de primul val de atac, dupa care e mai mult o pseudo miscare organizata a trupelor, mai mult ar fi sa semene cu o multime adunata sa mai bata ceva in the hit of battle.

Daca e pot sa va ajut la texturi, modele de cladiri (nu ma pricep la modelat oameni si nici la animatul lor), dar nu promit nimic... mama ei de scoala.

I can help with textures, building models (I am not good at modelling units nor at animating them), but I'm not promissing anything... darn school!  :P

There are some "mistakes" in 1.8.0

Fisrt of all defensive system of Jerusalem is not working so "right" as it should.

I attacked Jerusalem being on a Crusade. All of its army were of cristian type (crusader unhorsed knights, crusader spearmen) and only 2 units (general's unit and a unit of arab cavalry) of 20 were muslims. I have to mention I was first catholic nation that managed to get there. I got the impresion that cristians fight cristians.

Second thing was a high probabylity of a rebelion in Jerusalem after I took it. I think the city must be obidiant for about 10 years at least. There is no chance to hold Jerusalem if it is not fully loaded with troops.

After a faction takes Jerusalem one third of its population got to be slauthered (jews especially - history thing).Benefits from Pope are ridiculous for that kind of mission.

 

I'll wright later more.
