Sunday 9-24-06 EaW

[Garbageben]

Well Ghostly posted a tenative EaW event for this Sunday (afternoon or evening) for us to play EaW together and generally have a good time.  More than likely it will be space maps, but don't rule out land (just that space are better).  All interested post here.

I was thinking EAW and BFME 2 but meh sure we'll go with pure EAW  Well hope I don't leave any homework late like last time and do it on a saturday and not a sunday  : Well lets party while I wait my shipment of a special unit i've been waiting for so long. Once I gain my unit I shall crush Commando for destroying my fleet in space  :

 

I shall crush the Rebellion since I just love burning their ways of military use. If you arm yourself with a weapon and attack me then your a threat and asking to die  ;D Silly Rebels I crushed you on Roman land (RTW) also  and you still try to kill me! To bad my Empire collapsed for me to prove my might (medium difficulty).

Ya like 10-15 maps we'll try and aim for  : Unless each map lasts for 2 hours each then 5  ;D Who knows maybe everybody would just either be busy or claim they got better things to do.

Well just for a heads up we're going to go against AI opponents in these matches (unless we have more than 5, in which case we'll decide then what to do).  We'll be playing both sides in this too so it won't be just playing as rebels or just playing imperials either.

What time of day are we talking?  I'll be on Sunday night (9pm CST most likely) as will many of my clan.  We would be happy to play with you guys.  If the time is right we would love to play, and what names would we be looking for?

It was fun until that stupid lag came crashing into the party. My lag is never that bad and never with Garbageben also  :'( If it wasn't for the lag I would of PVPed.

 

edit: oh yay 2 more crappy sync errors 10 minutes into the damn game......-.- On friday it was fine like what the heck.

Sorry i couldn't make it....I knew this would happen, I forgot about it in the morning, and went over to a friends house the rest of the day, and by the time I got home, it was 5 and I had to do homework, then I forgot some more and played Starscape, then I played Civ 4 online with a friend.  ANd that is the summary of my day.

Damn it I was ready to play against Sageking and the Scud but I couldn't connect to them First I had issues with Sage, someone left then it connected fine with someone else having issues. Tried again and it went back to me and a new server was set up. Sage was gone then I had issues with scud. I'm slightly annoyed since I couldn't play against them

Yeah it connected fine after you left.  Legendsngray and myself (along with some noob) played 3 PG guys (Scud, Pyrate, and JMan) and totally smoked em   It was a blast!  I think we are going to win something because they asked for our email addresses.  Here is the screenie:
