Can any one put up a download link for the original mater text file?

This is why it is always important to back up your files.  ;D

 

Download patch 1.03 from www.empireatwar.com (in the downloads section) and re-install it. I believe that restores the text to the original.

 

If not, I suppose I can work something out.

Or mail me to send you the english version of master_text.........in coming version o EaW:TR we'll include the original ones, just in case....
