I finally came back and deleted those terrible pics from my pm box.  The users name was theomegawalrus.  I took a screen shot of his 5 pm's to me with the top2% of the picture showing (just the blood is seen).  Do you need that?  if not I want to delete it ASAP.  If you need it for mod or procesuting purposes, e-mail me at jpinard@comcast.net and I'll send it to you.  Thanks.

Well email him and ask for the screens to make sure he is telling the truth. If he is then I say go ahead and ban the user. I havent seen him around posting so it's nonsense. Ban him.
