Hymster Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 (edited) Because I was trying to play but all the games were in red and said Version Mismatch!. I had a hunch so I deleted my XML folder solved the problem. I only had the Venator mod. Edited April 4, 2006 by Hymster
swgbex Posted April 3, 2006 Posted April 3, 2006 Are you asking if mods work online.. not with anyone who doesnt have the mod .. but i have played a few mod online games with my freinds and it was fun .. but since there is no "mod downloading" system it might be hard to find people with mods.. although.. since the support for changing XML's mid game is already there.. maybe.. they might add support http://www.swgbex.com/sig.jpgHehe IA 2 venator
DragonShadow Posted April 4, 2006 Posted April 4, 2006 How about if anyone hosts a modded multiplayer game, they just mention it in the name somehow? Like " TR-mod" for Total Realism mod, or "LOW-mod" for Legacy of War mod, and so on. Could do "IA2-mod" for Imperial Assault II, "UEAW-mod" for Ultimate Empire At War mod, "TSW-mod" for The Sith War, like that. Just put the initials for the mod's name followed by -mod or something and we have a working system. http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h65/NightshadowDragon/RyuuKageSIG.jpg http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h65/NightshadowDragon/AoSW-JCW_Banner.jpg
