DDS Files and PaintShopPro

I use paint shop pro 7 for most graphical work that I do, it is possible to import and export DDS files in and out of Paintshoppro?

in the second paragraph it says how to install with PSP .. hopefully it will work i dont have PSP so i cant test it out

Thanks, I haven't got it to work yet, it says that I need some other Dll files but they cannot be found where it says to download them  :

Ok I can't get this to work. Can someone point me in the right direction with reguards to a DDS converter that can work for paint shop pro or can convert other files to DDS format, the final requirement is that it actually works.
