Connection Issues

Since Patch 1.3 have have (serious?) connection problems. I can establush connections to most users but not to all. So in about every 3on3 or 4on4 there is one player I cannot establish a connection to. Me and the player can establish a connection to everybody else but because we can't establish a connection one of us has to leave.

 

FYI:

I have the standart port (1234) open and also other GameSpy ports (3658,3659,3660,6500,27900,28910,29920).
