Excuse me everyone, first post and I am rather. . . angry. I am a long time Player of JK3, and Modded that abit. I knew my way around it well, and installing and taking out mods. Well, it just so happens I Downloaded a Mod for EaW, and well. . . It has Effed up my Multiplaying abilities to the point, I can't even play online or host anymore.

 

How do I get my game back to its origenal state? If someone could post it up for me, I am a Noob at EaW Modding and don't plan to get into it any further then "Click, Patch Downloaded".

Okay, hello!  The reason you can't play multiplayer is that you have a mod installed that people might not be playing.  You can only connect to people who have the same files as you do.  To fix this, open up the EAW game folder, goto gamedata, then Data, then delete the XML folder that is most likely there.

Erm, just tried that. It didn't help get rid of the swine like mod that plauges me so.

What mod are you using?  Did you have to replace something in the text folder?

Realism Mod 3.0, and me being the noob I am failed to copy or backup my origenal files [shame shame on me], so now I need to find if someone has posted orignal files for my downloadation and fixation.

It still says Version mismatch when I go to join a server. I added those where they ment to be aswell.

Ok...why don't you just delete your XML folder...Unless the Mod messed up your Config.meg, Deleting the XML folder would work...or just rename it.

How about you uninstalls, then reinstall? Problem solved.
