Can't finish first empire campain battle

I beat it easily, the little end sequence pops up so I watch it (slow as usual) and after vader chokes the field commander guy to death, and tells the stormtroopers what to do, he justs stands there, and nothing happens. i waited 5 minutes and still nothing happens. The victory message doesn't pop up or nothing. So I have to ctrl+alt+del out of the game and close it there. Is this a one-time bug or when I installed it is missed something/file incomplete (I've had to reinstall games before because of that)

Also, I saw Home One with a shield hardpoint. (might be a glitch) Arn't Mon Cals not supposed to have them?!
