Time scale on the Total conversion mods?

I know (and have played) some of the great mods i got from here but i was wondering how long will  it be before any of the total conversion mods will be ready. Well i sposed i mean how long after the tools, for adding ship etc, will it take for the modders to impliment them into the games?

 

I do have to say i've been very impressed with all the work loads of you have put into this game

Most of the total conversions have been started, but none of them can be finished or even come close to being finished until mod tools are out. Until then, the answer is never. After that, it's based on how much free time they have.
