How to add locked units to the game once discovered

I know this is probly a question asked over and over and over again, time and time. But im new here, and im an enormus n00b at modding EAW. How do i add all the unlocked units that were recently discovered into one big mod? and is it even possible to add ALL the locked units into a mod?

*sigh* I've been working on it.  I'm trying to get each one individually released so people won't get ticked or anything.  I'll soon be releasing a compilation of all the mods together, then I'll start working on adding more.  Right now, I'm "studying"  so to speak, so it might be delayed a few days.

take your time, dude. so far ive been studying on how to mod EAW, and so far, ive been able to add a victory star destroyer for ground combat in conjunction with the EAW addon mod 3.0 and the Shadowclaw mod all put together. Although, i still wish to see the navy troopers, the virago, and stuff in campaign. But theres still one thing that ponders me........SINCE WHEN ARE THERE PENGUINS WITH LASER RIFLES IN ANY OF THE STAR WARS EPISODES?!!!!  ??? ??? ???

Hey I thoght it was a pretty cool idea ;D. Maybe they were going to be added to Ice Planets ??? oh well their awesome .

Hmmm. Okay, just for fun, I'm setting indigenous forces for one of the ice planets in my mod to be these killer penguins...just for kicks.
