Got it done, finally....even though it took less than 24 hrs.....whatever...

 

Here it is, folks!  The Tani Ab'yla mod!  It adds the new petroglyphy character to Empire at War!!!  Again, skirmish bites, so its not there..... :'( .  Anyway, here are some Screenshots! (note: it also adds a fix for the rebel penguin regarding some text)
