Adding planets was not that bad.... You need to create a new entry in Planets.XML. Also important is the galactic position. Its not to hard to figure out and you can use the Galactic Map pic over at EAW Heaven as a reference. Also.. important is the Galactic Map which you can google. With this you can get a rough idea of where the planets are if you plan on making the galaxy map as true to the StarWars Universe as possible. Next you need to edit the campaign XML file you want the planets to show up in. Also important is to edit the .dat files needed for the planet and add new entrys. My Conquest map now has 46 planets. Kamino I just re added... I also added Mustafar and Ylesia.

I would rather see asteroid fields added between each of 2 planets that are linked together, so you can travel across galaxy w/o need of assaulting planets, means the interdictor would have better use and rebels can make suprise attacks everywhere, but there should be like lvl 1 starbases cap only.

Btw i know its very realistic adding more planets, but the more planets the more the game lags on galactic map :/ wich is very anoying :/

I think your mustafar is way off. I have seen it on new maps of the galaxy (this is the only one I found on a quick search) and it looks to be more outer center:

Which makes more sense since in epIII the characters get from coruscant to mustafar rather quickly. I would imagine it to be more closer to the outer rim than the one above tho, but still in close proximity to Utapau.

I was looking through the maps after I used an aextractor, and I found this as a map: Could this be the map that is used at the main screen?

The Big Battle addition in the name makes it seem likely.
