Editing Starting forces

What is the filename when you want to increase the startingforces for the rebels? in the rebel campaign? i want em to have a bigger starting fleet

also i wanna know how i can check for what scenario i am adding extra forces.

there realy should come a database or something like that. so you can refer to this kinda stuff
